This policy applies to the website tdedicate62.shop and to the KhmerAds mobile app (co.khmerads.app). Both use the same account and the same ads. Your privacy is important to us. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it. You may cancel your membership at any time.

1. Customer and membership information

The information you give us (such as your name, email address, address, phone number and password) is kept confidential. We do not sell or rent it to third parties. We use it to provide the services described on this website and in the app.

2. Personal information and other data we collect

When you register, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number. We may combine this with other KhmerAds services to give you a better experience.

We use cookies and similar technologies on the website to provide a good experience and to learn how our services are used. Cookies are small files saved on your device that store information about how you use the website.

We may record information automatically whenever you use the website or the app. This can include your IP address, URL, browser type, domain name, access dates and times, operating system, country, language, page views and user sessions. We use it to find problems and to deliver our services.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to provide the services you ask for, and for our own research and analysis, to run and improve our services and to develop new ones.

We may share combined, non-personal information with third parties.

When we use third parties to help process your personal information, we require them to follow our privacy, confidentiality and security rules.

We may share information with third parties in limited cases: to follow legal process, to prevent suspected fraud or imminent harm, and to protect the security of our network and services.

We may use your postal address and email to send you information related to your use of our services. We may run user surveys to improve our services.

4. Links

This website contains links to other websites. They are not covered by this policy. We try to keep these links working, but we are not responsible for the content of those websites. 5. Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect the information under our control against loss, misuse and change, including management procedures and training for people who work with our databases. Data is sent over HTTPS. We take measures to protect stored data against unauthorised access.

6. The KhmerAds mobile app

The app collects:
– Phone number. It is used to register and to reset your password. The SMS code is sent and checked by Google Firebase Authentication, which receives your phone number for that purpose.
– Name, email address and password. The password is stored securely and not as plain text.
– The ads you post: title, description, price, location, contact details and photos. Ads are public.
– A profile photo, if you add one.
– Photos you choose from your phone for your ads. The app only reads the photos you select.
– Reports you send about an ad (reason and note).
– Saved ads (favourites) are stored only on your own phone.

We do not sell your data. The app does not show third-party advertising. The only third party that receives your data from the app is Google Firebase, for SMS verification. Your public ads can be seen by anyone.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account, your ads and their photos.

8. Delete your account and your data

In the app: open Account, then Edit profile, then Delete account. You must enter your password to confirm. This deletes your account, your ads and their photos.

By email: write to support@tdedicate62.shop from the email address or phone number of your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete your account and data as soon as possible and within 30 days.

9. Your choices

You may decline to give personal information for any of our services, but then KhmerAds may not be able to provide the service to you.

10. Children

The app and the website are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we use your personal information, we will tell you by email and give you the chance to opt out before the change takes effect. Please read this policy from time to time.

12. Legal disclosure

Although we make every effort to protect your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when the law requires it, or in good faith when we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal process served on us.
